Antoinette Tesha is a finance professional, and until December 2018 she was the Director General of TIB Rasilmali Ltd, the investment and securities advisory arm of TIB Development Bank, the development financing agent of the United Republic of Tanzania. Prior to joining TIB Rasilimali, Antoinette spent 8 years in South Africa in sales and distribution for secondary markets at Absa Capital (formerly Barclays Africa). Antoinette has over 14 years of experience in financial markets and banking, debt capital markets, emerging market debt sales and structuring, and e-commerce. Antoinette is also a member of the board of the SAGCOT Centre. She holds a Bachelor with honors in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Sussex and a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Surrey. She is a certified member of the Institute of Directors of Tanzania and holds a number of other industry certifications.
