Johnpaul Barretto is the Technical Programme Specialist at the Human Development Innovation Fund (HDIF). He manages the HDIFs Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) portfolio, working to strengthen innovation hubs across Tanzania. Johnpaul brings more than 10 years of experience in innovation for development to the Advisory Board. His expertise includes start-up coaching, project management, community engagement, and human-centred design approaches. Having been a key player in the country’s innovation ecosystem since 2011, he also brings in a vast network of partners and change agents in the ecosystem.
