Affordable and Flexible Capital for Tanzania’s Small and Growing Businesses

About Anza Growth Fund

Anza Growth Fund Microfinance (AGF) is a licensed microfinance institution regulated by the Bank of Tanzania, committed to unlocking capital for small and growing businesses (SGBs) across Tanzania. Recognizing the limitations of traditional lending—often rigid, costly, and inaccessible—AGF provides tailored financing solutions that meet the diverse needs of local entrepreneurs.

Our offerings include working capital loans, capital lease financing, convertible loans, and revenue-based financing. These flexible tools are designed to support businesses through different stages of growth, ensuring they have the resources to expand operations, invest in assets, and build long-term resilience.

AGF Goes Beyond Financing

AGF goes beyond financing. We offer hands-on technical support, helping entrepreneurs strengthen their business models, navigate operational challenges, and prepare for future investment opportunities. Working in synergy with Anza Entrepreneurs, AGF complements a range of enterprise support programs by offering investment capital to high-potential businesses emerging from these initiatives. Through this holistic approach, we bridge the gap between early-stage growth and long-term sustainability. Our goal is to ensure that promising enterprises not only survive—but scale, create jobs, and drive inclusive economic transformation across Africa.
