Capacity Building to Entrepreneurs Focusing on Clean and Renewable Energy in Arusha
Introduction
Anza Entrepreneurs, in collaboration with Dorcas Tanzania, launched a business development initiative aimed at enhancing the performance of wooden pellet sales points in Arusha. This initiative was driven by the need to improve marketing efforts, customer relationship management (CRM), and financial management skills across these sales points. The program set out to transform these sales points into profitable and sustainable businesses, equipping them with essential business knowledge and operational tools.

Our approach to business development revolves around identifying key gaps within the existing operations and providing customized, actionable solutions. We began by mapping out 20 sales points and conducting a comprehensive needs assessment study, which led to the creation of tailored training materials. The program focused on four key areas:
